Step 2 - Receive Personalized Options
After reviewing your request, we’ll present you with a few trusted hospitals and doctors that best match your needs.
For each option, you’ll see:
- The doctor’s background and medical experience
- The estimated cost and treatment timeline
- The hospital’s location and nearby accommodation options
Once you select your preferred clinic, the doctor will study your medical documents to prepare a personalized plan.
Then we’ll arrange a virtual consultation, where you can talk directly with the doctor, hear their recommendations, and ask any questions.
If you feel confident and comfortable after this meeting, we’ll proceed with booking your treatment and organizing your trip.
A translator is available if needed, but most of our partner doctors and coordinators speak fluent English, so communication is easy and reassuring.
Step 3 - Plan Your Journey
Once the decision is made, we’ll take care of everything you need to make your trip stress-free and straightforward.
If you require arrangements such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, airport transfers, or visa assistance, our team will organize everything for you.
We’ll also handle appointment scheduling and coordinate your itinerary so everything flows smoothly.

Step 4 - Receive Your Treatment Abroad
